Orders and Prescriptions

Do I need a prescription to order?

Prescription-only medicines require you to upload a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Over-the-counter (OTC) products do not need a prescription. Hint: All prescription products in our store have the label `prescription-only`

How do I upload my prescription?

You can upload your prescription directly by tapping the "Submit Prescription" link and either choosing "Upload via WhatsApp" or via our dedicated “Submit Prescription” form.

Can I reuse a prescription for multiple orders?

Yes, as long as the prescription is still valid and has not exceeded the quantity or duration specified by your doctor.

What if I don’t have a prescription but need the medicine?

We cannot dispense prescription medicines without a valid prescription. We recommend consulting a licensed healthcare provider to obtain one.

Within Nairobi, delivery typically takes 2–6 hours for same-day orders placed before [cutoff time]. Upcountry deliveries may take 1–3 business days.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free for orders above KES 3,500 within Nairobi. Standard delivery charges of Ksh 100 within Nairobi CBD and Ksh 300 anywhere else apply.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive prompt or live updates via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

Due to regulatory guidelines, medicines cannot be returned once sold. However, if you receive the wrong or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
