2. Eligibility & Prescription Requirements
Certain products, including prescription medicines, require you to upload a valid prescription issued by a licensed medical practitioner.
We reserve the right to verify prescriptions, reject fraudulent or incomplete submissions, and request additional information before fulfilling your order.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of prescription details provided.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices listed are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Images on the site are for illustration purposes; packaging may differ depending on supplier/manufacturer.
We do not guarantee that all products displayed are in stock. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if an item is unavailable.
4. Orders, Payment & Delivery
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We accept payments via mobile money (M-Pesa), debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other available gateways.
Delivery is available within Nairobi and other designated service areas. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Brown’s Pharmacy Limited will not be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to health and safety regulations, medicines and medical supplies are generally non-returnable. Exceptions apply only in cases of incorrect or damaged items supplied.
Refunds will be processed only after verification and may take up to 14 working days depending on payment method.
Order cancellations must be made before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
6. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the site by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Content on the site (text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Brown’s Pharmacy Limited and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Order Data: Purchase history, frequency of orders, preferred products.
Payment Data: Transaction details, payment method, billing information (note: we do not store full card/M-Pesa PIN details).
Account Data: Username, password, security questions (if applicable).
Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, cookies, and site usage patterns.
All data is collected and processed in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
8. Data Use & Sharing
Data is used for order fulfillment, customer support, prescription verification, marketing (with your consent), and service improvement.

9. Liability & Disclaimer
Brown’s Pharmacy Limited provides medicines and products as per prescription and does not substitute for medical consultation.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions, misuse of products, or inaccurate prescriptions provided by customers.
To the extent permitted by law, Brown’s Pharmacy Limited disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the website, branding, and materials remain the property of Brown’s Pharmacy Limited. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written consent.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
